Photo of The Week: Copacabana, Bolivia

Copacabana
The View from the Top of the HIll

The hill in Copacabana is steep, it only takes around 35 minutes to climb but with the high altitude that is not the nicest hike. However this view from the top made it completely worth it.

  1. Is it the name or is Copacabana always gorgeous? Great photo… I can imagine the hike must be horrible but well as most of the times while reaching the top you forget about how you get there =)

    1. Agreed! The climb up this hill is pretty painful, as it’s really steep and you are climbing stairs most of the way. However, once I caught my breath at the top I was so happy I had done it.

  2. That was a huff & puff hike, but definitely worth it. 🙂 I was VERY disappointed however seeing all the trash people leave or dump off the sides.
